are a firm based with Valuers, Development and Investment
Consultants with specialist local knowledge and national
coverage, having offices in Airdrie and Glasgow.
We
provide a comprehensive service to our clients who wish to

premises. These premises can be of a going concern or vacant
possession. We will value their business and handle all the
associated property matters, right from preparing the schedule
to the point of conclusion of contract ensuring settlement,
therefore taking out all the stress involved and time taken.

also engage in finding prospective premises for our clients
who may require particular sites that may not be on the market
or a defined site that maybe suitable for our client. In
